Terms and Conditions
TowerBid is a novelty. You are paying to place one block, with your site’s name and link on it, on a shared pixel tower. By placing a block you agree to these terms in full. Read them before you spend anything.
All purchases are final and non-refundable
There are no refunds, for any reason, in whole or in part. Payments are construction funds, not deposits, and are consumed the moment your block lands on the tower. This applies whether or not anyone visits your link, whether or not you keep the top spot, and whether or not the site continues to operate.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after purchase is a breach of these terms, and we may remove the block it relates to.
The top is temporary by design
Your block is yours forever, but the tower keeps growing. Anyone can pay to land above yours at any time. That is the entire point of the site and is not grounds for a refund or dispute.
Position and price
You choose your amount ($1 minimum). The tower sorts by money: the biggest payment holds the top block, and equal amounts go to the earlier buyer. The placement preview shown before checkout reflects the tower at that moment. Other purchases may land before yours and change where your block sits. You are never charged more than the amount you approved.
Your block’s name and icon are derived automatically from the URL you submit.
Moderation
Blocks appear immediately, and we review them after the fact. We may anonymize or unlink any block at our sole discretion, including names or links that are misleading, unlawful, adult, hateful, or that impersonate someone. The block stays; the identity goes. Censored blocks are not refunded.
The site may shut down at any time
This is an experiment. There is no promised lifespan, no uptime guarantee, and no commitment that the tower exists tomorrow.
Your submission
You confirm you have the right to use the name and URL you submit, and you grant us permission to display them publicly, including in the banner and in promotional material.
Who runs this
TowerBid is made by x.com/georgevichbiz. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for every purchase.
